Consulting. Provide sound advice on all HR issues such as talent & development, performance, change, culture and leadership, and reward. Carrying out data analysis, using data to solve problems and provide service
Employee Relations. Meet regularly with employees who request guidance or coaching
Culture. Support and promote a culture in which each person can bring out her/his full potential. Leverage insights from surveys to prioritize actions to improve the experience
HR processes and practices. Implement, advocate, drive and communicate people management policies and practices, e.g.: OKR, performance management, one-to-one, training & development, talent management, pulse survey
Team building. Create and maintain a motivating and fun atmosphere - planning and organizing team-building activities
Develop, drive and implement the People & Culture initiatives and projects within such areas as Employer Branding, recruitment, development, etc
Correspondence: handling of incoming/outgoing correspondence
External services: maintenance of external services (maintaining paper and electronic records of contracts for external services)
Internal support: logistic support of company events, meetings (cooperation with Employer Branding Specialist); coordinating on-line events
Compliance: maintaining compliance with and adjusting safety rules in the office; maintaining GDPR agreements for clients, keeping records of GDPR permits for employees and clients; supervision over changes in regulations and implementation of amendments to processes; communication with an external law firm responsible for support in the GDPR
