The main tasks/responsibilities will be:
Keeping the Crewing mailbox organized by filing and prioritizing your own tasks within the mailbox
Daily support on crew change planning and scheduling including documentation checks and communication with the manning agencies

On a weekly basis perform checks in our client system and update the system accordingly
