Kickoff, execute and successfully close projects which increase transparency on performance and cost of ZF Aftermarket Division;
Lead projects as an enprepreur and take ownership for results;
Develop and refine project management best practices and share insights with the PM Community Finance;
Set up projects for success, including identification of talent to be staffed;
Raise the bar to accelerate the digitalization initiatives within Finance;
Support regions, business lines and functional areas when initiating new projects & improvement initiatives (e.g., regional finance programs);
Take supporting roles in divisional and ZF Group projects in Finance area (e.g., M&A, restructuring evaluations and performance improvement initiatives);
Detail out and quantify strategic business recommendations for Division/ Finance leadership which are being executed through programs & projects;
Contribute to further conceptual development of Aftermarket Finance area (i.e., by developing financial steering concepts and KPIs, redesigning S&OP/ forecasting processes) in line with special requirements of the Aftermarket business and overall Finance strategy;
Contribute to identify harmonization potentials and best practice approaches and to role to design and implement Finance process and method standards
