As Night Manager, you will oversee the night-hour supervision and will be a first point of contact representing the GM of the hotel at the night time as a manager on duty. The night manager is to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. A Night Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards
Serve as a point of contact for regular and VIP Guests
Complete Night Audit duties
Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
Understand and demonstrate correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
Represent the Hotel Manager and other senior managers in their absence, taking full responsibility of the hotel
Manage, record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise
Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required
Compile adequate handover to Early staff / Duty Manager
Attend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts
Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
Conduct annual and mid-year Appraisals with Team Members
Conduct Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks, and maintain a good status awareness of all hotel areas
As Sales Manager, you will pro-actively developing new and existing business that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Proactively search for new business related to MICE & corporate sales segment
Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify and develop business leads
Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the hotel and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients
Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
Work within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
Attend Sales events, as required
Business travels within Poland and abroad
Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
As a Human Resources Specialist, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Human Resources Specialist will also be required to manage succession planning and employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Support and advise Managers on proper policies and procedures
Manage succession planning with senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process
Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability
Ensure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelines
Maintain online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reporting
Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out
Assist in determining departmental training requirements
Ensure completion of training for hotel security, fire regulations and other health and safety legislation
Assist in the organisation of Team Member social events
Work with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry
Promote and endorse staff benefits
Assist and resolve team member and management queries

Set up and maintain computer software and hardware for Team Members
Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages
Handle, efficiently and completely, IT issues that arise
Direct, set up, maintain, and monitor property servers including back-ups, property LAN performance, telecom systems, and workstations
Administrate hotel systems including supporting the hotel IDM Administrator. You will assist with registration as required
Collaborate with all vendors to ensure the timely resolution of IT issues
Act upon support calls for systems and applications that require onsite support by Cluster IT
Use network-monitoring tools to perform periodic health check of systems
Run and monitor PBX system performance to assure reliable and uninterrupted operation of hotel telephone communications
Watch and solve problems related to the entire communications system to resolve if problem is telephone hardware or cable
Test and evaluate hardware and software to figure out efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems
Perform preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs while facilitating correction
Monitor proper controls to make sure that all hotels meet SOX and PCI security requirements. This includes evaluating systems to ensure hotels comply with corporate standards
Research and identify business opportunities for technology. This includes reporting your findings and conclusions to upper management
Maintain documentation through Hilton's internal systems (Team Sites) for each cluster property
Prepare a status report of all activities in the hotels as requested
Work within the defined IT budgets for each property as prepared by you, the Area IT Manager or the Regional Director
Contribute to Executive Committee, departmental, and operations meetings as appropriate. This includes attending Regional IT meetings and periodic Cluster team meetings
Identify and ensure all hotel data has ownership and accountability within the organization
Communicate Status, Risks, Opportunities to GM, hotel Management and Regional IT management

Provide IT support to other Hilton hotel when required
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
