A single point of contact for employees in finance related matters (approximately 45 FTEs)

Key contributor in the monthly closing process & group reporting
Working with multiple teams and various business functions across the Group including Sales Operations, Customer Success, Project Management Office, Legal & FP&A
Assisting with annual financial audits
Assisting with Workday Financials system enhancement / automation projects
Taking part in delivering software to customers, including: Gathering, analyzing and documenting customer requirements; Proposing solutions to problems related to supply chain; Identifying customer needs and suggesting extensions and additional services
Configuring EazyStock to fulfill customer’s needs: Modeling the supply chain and fine-tuning parameters; Testing configuration and ensuring business alignment

Managing and supporting existing Customers

Identifying and reporting enhancement ideas and bugs to the Product Management department
Your main responsibilities will be to provide both technical and business support to our clients in a specific time, as well as supporting other engineering teams. This will include a variety of different responsibilities:
• providing Technical, Application Usage and Business Support to our customers;
• identifying and reporting enhancement ideas and bugs and channel feedback from the customers;
• managing cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner in the Syncron ticketing tool;
• providing fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues;
• publishing documentation in the Knowledge Base, creating/maintaining issue logs, resolution steps;
• providing configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers;
• ensuring that SLAs are strictly adhered to
Sample tasks you might be involved in on a daily basis:
• creating detailed reports with advanced SQL queries;
• performing minor version upgrades on Application;
• mass updates of customer database in QA/Production environments;
• finding and resolving problems in customer environments (eg. diagnosing performance problems, network issues, security breaches);
• helping the customer with Price Revision activity;
• providing end to end support on business reporting (Insights)
Data Architecture – being able to take a leadership position in standards development and the practical design of databases, data warehouses and data lakes (as appropriate) – and understand the differences
Data Processing – being able to deal with issues around scalability, consistency, reliability, efficiency, and maintainability. Need to have a good understanding around pros and cons of various technologies for processing and storing big volumes of data
Data Exploitation – understand the role of analytics to Syncron and their customers, and work with Analytics and products teams to ensure that the strategy for analytics is well designed, well understood, and well executed across all products
Data Futures – knowledge and experience of AI and ML techniques and practices in order to evangelize, facilitate and extend the use of ML across all products produced by Syncron

Reconciling and control contract balances
Taking ownership of Customer Billing process for assigned region(s)
Managing and maintaining proper Billing Schedules
Managing receivables collection process for assigned region(s)
Managing complex global partner-related agreements
Ensuring revenue & billing processes are followed in accordance with company policies and IFRS
Working with multiple teams and various business functions across the Group including Sales Operations, Customer Success, Project Management Office, Legal & FP&A on revenue related matters
Assisting with annual financial audits, including preparation of revenue schedules and provision of supporting documents to external auditors
Leading special projects as needed as it relates to Customer Contracts
Assisting with Workday Financials system enhancement/ automation projects
Be a partner for the Product Owner in gathering, analyzing, and understanding business needs
Collaborate with a product team, other UX specialists (writers, researchers, visual designers), both locally and across the world to create the best experiences for the Users
Create various deliverables (wireframes, prototypes IA, User journeys, and flows). You decide which tools to use to support User and business goals
Translate complex concepts and requirements to easy-to-use and effective solutions
Design cross-platform (web & mobile) interfaces
Bring wireframes to life with interactive prototypes for validation with Users
Organize and run User research activities on your own or alongside a UX researcher. Conduct usability testing sessions. Explain research results to internal and external stakeholders
Iterate through design concepts and implemented solutions to enhance User Experience
Continuously refine your own design process

Leading all finance related matters for Syncron`s software distributing company in Nordics
A single point of contact for employees in Finance related matters (approximately 40 FTEs)
Ensuring financial processes are followed in accordance with company policies and IFRS
Managing and maintaining Customer Contracts in Workday
Ownership of Revenue & Billing process for the contracts signed by the company
Key contributor in the monthly closing process & group reporting
Close cooperation with Finance team members, including Senior Accountant responsible for Swedish Headquarter, Accounts Payable team and Regional Controller
Working with multiple teams and various business functions across the Group including Sales Operations, Customer Success, Project Management Office, Legal & FP&A
Assisting with annual financial audits
Assisting with Workday Financials system enhancement/ automation projects
In-house mail service such as picking up, sorting, and delivering incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with the coordination of purchasing office supplies, which includes vendor relations, receiving, stocking of items, purchasing research, and invoice processing
Maintain and update the appearance of the office; keeping the office organized and decluttered
Invent and implement ideas that will help us maintain a fun, happy, productive, and safe office culture
Assist with managing schedules, coordinates travel arrangements and maintain a list of preferred vendors and resources (hotels, catering, etc.) for accommodation as needed
Provide general support to visitors
Perform all other related duties as directed by immediate supervisor which may include a variety of administrative, reception, or office services functions
