Manage and maintain the internal service platform in Kubernetes and general infrastructure in AWS
Help teams achieve self-sufficiency by providing tools, templates, and general support to enable them to work efficiently with our systems and Platform
Define the scalability plan for different services by tracking their internal metrics and using observability principles
Generate initiatives in incremental iterations to ensure the constant improvement of the Platform
Influence technical decisions and define the future of the Platform along with Developers, Architects, and Managers
Share DevOps knowledge, tools, and practices with the Platform team and Development teams, maintaining best practices and implementing new ones as needed
Maintain the Platform stability and manage the infrastructure accordingly to deal with incidents as well as proactively prevent them
Define security policies and processes to ensure that our Platform is compliant to current standards
Proactively document and promote new ideas within Engineering
Connecting different data sources and analysing data using statistical models in order to support our pricing team in designing competitive insurance tariffs
Work hand-in-hand with our data analysts and scientist in order to improve statistical models that were developed by them, add more data sources, improve the user interface and the overall architecture
Be involved in planning infrastructure and developing code that supports those models

As an ETL developer, you implement the structure of the database model in the Guidewire DataHub at the interface between the new core system and the planning systems (data warehouse). The SAP Data Service Designer (BODS) is your tool for this
In addition to the creation of ETL routes, database models and decision templates with the associated analyses, you will also support the product owner with technical issues relating to the creation of the database model and the architecture
