Obowiązki:
Perform oversight and management of project teams and workstreams in the assigned area of responsibility according to escalation procedures defined within the organization;
Promote proactiveness & consulting mindset within the organization;
Be responsible for the high quality of delivery and customer satisfaction of all projects within assigned area of responsibility;
Act as an escalation point and senior manager for projects under his/her direct management;
Perform weekly 1:1 project status review with project managers;
Take a hands-on approach and dig into any areas of projects if project team is not able to efficiently resolve issues causing risks to project delivery;
Support project managers in their activities, as well as to temporarily take over some of their activities in order to strengthen the team with extra expertise;
Coach and guide project managers, monitor their projects and processes being implemented, provide recommendations and steer their execution;
Perform regular internal audit of projects and established processes on those within assigned area of responsibility;
Drive high quality of delivery, implementation of PMO standards and CT best practices across all projects within assigned area of responsibility;
Work closely with CT PMO organization to further increase quality of our delivery;
Work with PMO, Country Heads and LnD department on increasing level of competence for resources assigned on the project. Recommend internal and external trainings intended to increase our value for the customer, as well as provide extra motivation for our employees;
Assess performance of project managers, perform their personal reviews & appraisals together with Department Managers;

Learn all internal business applications and provide general PC/Network support (1st Level) and general application support to a distributed user base
Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC problems
Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues related to desktop computer hardware, software, and related equipment installation and configuration
Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues related to local area network and phone equipment
Log all calls and activities accurately in a tracking system
Special projects and additional duties as assigned
Provide advice and guidance on data protection matters to the organization's employees, contractors, and third-party service providers
Develop, implement and maintain data protection policies, procedures and guidelines
Monitor the organization's compliance with data protection laws and regulations, including but not exclusively the GDPR
Conduct data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and provide recommendations for mitigating identified risks
Review and approve data protection clauses in contracts with third-party service providers
Investigate and respond to data protection incidents, including data breaches, and implement corrective actions
Liaise with data protection authorities, as required
Conduct regular data protection training and awareness-raising activities for the organization's employees
Keep up-to-date with changes in data protection laws and regulations and advise the organization accordingly
Serve as the organization's point of contact for data protection-related inquiries from stakeholders, including data subjects and supervisory authorities
Guarantee that regulators and data subjects are educated about their data protection freedoms, commitments and obligations and bring issues to light with regards to them
Offer guidance and suggestions to the organisation about the translation or utilisation of the data security rules
Make a register of handling activities inside the organisation and inform the EDPS of those that current explicit dangers (alleged earlier checks)
