- Job Responsibilities:
- As Kierownik Zmiany at Kapka Wina Wroclaw, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- - Leading and motivating the waitstaff team to provide outstanding customer service
- - Training and onboarding new waitstaff members, including providing guidance on service standards and product knowledge
