Obowiązki:
Develop clear negotiation strategies for supplier or contract opportunities and execute them to achieve cost savings
Conduct detailed analysis of cost base, contracts, invoices, and spending data to gain a comprehensive view of supplier contracts and expenditures
Collaborate with Business Functions, IT, and Purchasing Stakeholders globally to understand products/services and devise strategies for cost reductions or efficiencies
Review technical solutions, licensing volumes, SLAs, and services with technical teams to identify opportunities for cost reductions, right-sizing, and risk management decisions
Analyze inventory data for technology trends and future strategies
Contribute to program deliverables including initiative tracking, reporting, and dashboards to demonstrate progress and savings
Compile evidence of savings achieved and payment profiles for contracts
Create commercial proposals detailing benefits and cost overviews
Support customers in supplier negotiations and contract terms drafting
Lead RFP processes to improve commercial terms or select replacement services with better value
Deliver related operational and consultancy projects as needed to meet customer requirements, aligning with CoCo Global's range of services available on COCO GLOBAL and COCO POLSKA

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to extract valuable insights that inform strategic decisions
Develop visually appealing dashboards and reports using Excel, Tableau or Power BI, to effectively communicate findings
Automation skills with one of the following: SQL, VBA, Power Query, would be an asset
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous cleansing and validation processes
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business inquiries and support ongoing initiatives
Act as primary interface with Business Functions, IT & Purchasing Stakeholders across the world to understand products and/or services and collaboratively devise strategies and opportunities for executable cost reductions or cost take-out
