Obowiązki:
Expand relationships with key customers while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, fostering trust, and ensuring client retention and loyalty
Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts, working closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and objectives
Oversee the timely and successful delivery of solutions, ensuring alignment with project timelines and client expectations
Actively participate in new business projects and contribute to preparing pitches, proposals, demos, and other client-facing materials
Market benchmarking: conduct market research and analysis; define target customer segments, value propositions, and messaging strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
Product Positioning and Differentiation: ensure alignment between product features, customer needs, and GTM strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration; collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams
Sales Enablement and Support: create sales collateral, training materials, and competitive insights; provide guidance to the Sales team in effectively positioning and selling enterprise communication solutions
Partnership Collaboration: identify and evaluate partnership opportunities to enhance the reach and effectiveness of go-to-market strategies; work closely with Partnership teams
Performance Tracking and Optimization: establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of GTM strategies and initiatives; monitor performance against targets and benchmarks, and iterate strategies based on insights and market feedback to drive continuous improvement
