On behalf of our client, we are looking for a social media savvy, content junkie to join our growing team!
Oversee Social Media/Digital Design in conjunction with Creative, Marketing, Editorial, Graphic Design teams to plan, implement, manage and monitor Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness and increase sales
Design actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram
Perform research on current benchmark trends, competitors, and audience preferences
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. text, photos, videos with help from the Graphics team)
Analyze data to present which initiatives work best and capitalize on this information to continue scaling the business
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. Alongside the Creative team, oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly social/creative calendar
Be a total badass prepared to disrupt the industry through innovative content ;)
Lead strategy, planning, and execution for LBLA's social media, including ongoing/daily brand posts, social campaigns, platform management, and consumer engagement
Provide social insight and point of view in the development of 360 planning, calendaring, and guidelines for brand marketing campaigns and programs •
Serve as brand social lead, developing and executing best-in-class social strategy and programs in alignment with stakeholders and cross-functional partners, with a shared goal to increase engagement and improve organic social traffic to the website
Stay up-to-date on new social media tools, best practices, competitive activity, and other social media leaders to best leverage technology and trends relevant to LBLA and the lash industry
Be a proponent within the brand to identify and execute on high-potential opportunities
Maintain a consistent voice, personality, and look and feel for the brand across all social media channels
Own social content strategy and accompanying amplification recommendations
Provide ad-hoc, biweekly, and yearly analysis on qualitative and quantitative performance to the department head
Partner with Marketing to oversee strategy and support execution of sales focused initiatives
Define and establish social content calendar for the brand, including developing content concepts from idea to execution
Create social assets that meet marketing needs as needed
Share-out social content calendar and planning in key business planning and with channel stakeholders •
Actively shape and execute digital content and brand storytelling initiatives; develop framework for establishing editorial content strategies partnering with brand and product marketing and creative stakeholders
Engage with social communities to drive favorable conversations, ensuring brand-related questions, comments, and opportunities are addressed with speed, good judgment, and in alignment with brand stakeholders
