In the position as an IT Operational Risk Officer in BEC, you will work closely with platform and system owners in 1st line and our Security department
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Contribute to implementation and further development of the new IT risk management process
• Conduct BIA and general IT risk management on systems and applications
• Challenge and advise 1st line on identified IT risks and ensure the right level of mitigating measures
• Aggregate and communicate risks and mitigating actions to a broad spectrum of stakeholders (e.g. management, business side, developers & operations engineers)

In the position as business analyst, you will work closely with the epic owner, the product owner, the team and the customers. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with new and existing customers
• Using your strong analytics abilities to analyze our customers’ needs and transform this into features and user stories together with our Product Owner

As QA engineer you will work closely with people in your team, as well as people outside of your team. You will be working with developers, architects, BAs, testers, PO and QAs in other teams. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Guide the team and lead the implementation of BEC test strategy and system test strategy
• Design, document and implement test cases

In the position of BI Competence Manager, you will work closely with the whole BI community in the Warsaw office, Development Directors and other Managers.
