Obowiązki:
The Vape and e-liquids Products Sales and Business Development Specialist will be focused on B2B sales into multiple business channels including but not limited to: Specialist Vape and e-liquids wholesalers, Vape Stores Chains, Specialized Tobacco and Smoke Shops
Prospecting and management of new business line of Vapes (e-liquids)
Generation of new leads through direct acquisition (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Lead qualification and managing the new customer on boarding process
Connecting with key businesses and stakeholders within the industry
Account management of current customer base and support further business growth within this group of customers
Collecting competitive intelligence and follow market trends within this sector
Provide ideas and suggestions on improving our competitive advantage
Coordination of activities in cooperation with customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, sales growth and capture of the market share
Maintenance of the CRM system with timely updates of existing and potential customer contact data, project status, orders placed and other correspondence relevant to the business objectives
Maintain professional and ethical relationships with colleagues and customers
Uphold expert level knowledge of company products and services portfolio to effectively promote our business

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new product development and experience in either the tobacco or e-cigarette industry. Experience or knowledge of vape-related products, particularly in new product development, would be highly desirable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new vape products from ideation to commercialization
- Conduct market research and identify trends and opportunities in the vape industry
- Work closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure product quality
and cost-effectiveness
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product launch plans and
go-to-market strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for vape products

Analysing budget, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals;
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals;
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports;
Implementing new sales plans and advertising;
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and anticipating new marketing opportunities;
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications , and maintaining personal and professional network;
Reporting commercial activities to company’s Management Board;
Develop and maintain customer relationship;
Negotiating and closing contracts with client’s key decision makers;
Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand;

The candidate will be extroverted, an excellent communicator, proficient in use of CRM systems, and have an ability to manage multiple, simultaneous activities
