Define Geka strategy in Poland, in collaboration with Geka Business Unit Leader and in alignment with the Blanchon Group strategy
Achieve Sales Growth at direct key accounts and strategic distributors
Build Geka products and services value proposition to targeted accounts
Lead negotiation with key targeted accounts
Implement price policy and strategy
Introduce new products, services and technologies
Identify new opportunities and ensure liaison with R&D and production
Support Technical needs at customer sites and coordinate with technical resource when needed
Manage all customer transitions to Geka technology
Be an active Member of the GeKa Business Unit and Industry segment
KEY DELIVERABLES
Profitable Top Line Growth
Build and Implement sales action plans per targeted accounts
Support technical requirements on-site with customers
Build Business Case for new opportunities -customer/product/segment
Negotiate customer agreements
Propose yearly Budget, 3-year Plan, and quaterly Forecast Deliver Business Report including key projects and KPIs
Build & manage new business transition plans from competitors to Geka
Represent Geka interests in professional fairs
Margin Management
Implement price increase and margin management activities (incl. portfolio management)
People & Leadership
Be an active member of Geka business unit and Blanchon Group Industry segment
