Obowiązki:
- Supporting and occasionally replacing Store Manager in all their duties which include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring sales are maximized through effective analysis of sales data, monitoring activity, observation of responses for trend and setting priorities
- Delivery of weekly/monthly store sales performance to Retail Manager and General Manager, Bloch EU
- Manage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized and products are correctly labelled, priced and displayed in accordance with company’s guidelines
- Maintain staffing levels consistent with business needs to ensure excellent customer service (includes assisting with recruiting, training and development of staff)
- Day to day team manager responsibility such as bi-weekly/monthly schedule, staff holiday requests, absence management and performance reviews
- Ensure that all weekly time and attendance records and payroll are finalized, transmitted to company accountant
- Maintain good working relationships with dance organizations and establish new connections
- Co-ordinate occasional sales outside the store during special events
- Manage store's social media accounts (IG, FB)
- Monitor controllable costs and take action where necessary
- Stock management using POS system, keying in store orders as necessary
- Co-ordinate end of year stock take
- Communicate up and down to ensure proper flow of information

Obowiązki:
- Be passionate about dance, BLOCH products and services
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles, including but not limited to Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom
- Deliver the best possible service and attention to all consumers
- Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning
- Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates
- Maintain knowledge of various store operational duties and be available to operate cash register for regular transactions, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and build visual displays when necessary
