Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology
Assists Project Manager(s) in planning efforts
Estimates effort of task level implementation activities that are within the scope of the project and recommend appropriate role to execute those tasks
Asks appropriate questions to assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, architecture constraints
Facilitates integration discussions of product functionality and product architecture (i.e. Show data and process flow from one JDA solution to another)
Conducts/leads business process analysis or design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project
Leads the project team to design and develop functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens to ensure smooth integration between technical and functional business requirements
Has strong domain knowledge to understand how the BY solutions within area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes
Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project
Supports the development and execution of test scripts to ensure BY software consistently meets the customer's business objectives
Provides support during the "go-live" period
Provides support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity
Recognizes and highlights incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects
Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors
Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team
Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements
Interacts with PMG & PD regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team
Prepares and delivers presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences
Responsible for all aspects of project delivery of supply chain transformation projects, typically medium to large scale for high profile customers
Generates Statements of Work and customer proposal documents
Identifies resource requirements and works with resource controllers and appropriate Company organizations for fulfilment
Manages services engagement budgets, including travel budgets, reviews billing for all services engagements, and invoicing while maximizing margins
Manages project quality to ensure customer satisfaction and ROI while adhering to all Company standards and methodologies
Leads project team in resolution of customer project issues, escalates to appropriate parties as needed, liaises with appropriate Company or customer departments to resolve project issues and ensures that the project deliverables are within agreed budget, timeline, scope and quality
Provides regular project communication and status reporting
Coordinates and facilitates system handover to Support / Cloud Services
Conducts performance reviews and provides guidance, feedback, coaching, mentoring and developmental experience to project team

Lead/supervisor/execute software installation, integrations/batch scripts (adhering to BY development standards and BY Batch Framework), configuration, testing (SIT execution/UAT support) and hand-over to Support/Client
Proactively identify risks to the project and escalate to project management as appropriate
Conduct technical analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional and technical needs of the client and develop technical solutions to meet those needs
Provide development of integrations/batch scripts for automating the integrated solution while adhering to BY development standards and batch framework
Provide technical support during System Testing, User Acceptance, and Cutover Phases
Assist with troubleshooting technical /performance issues
