Obowiązki:
Development of the long-term company marketing strategy and execution of the accepted strategy, incl. reviews and recommendations as needed to keep on track of expected results (OKRs)
Contributing to B2B sales growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition: OKRs for Marketing Lead generation and cost of acquisition to be agreed
Implementation and regular reviews of a Marketing Leads Generation strategy
Ownership of the business’ reputation and recognition: including brand, PR and communications
Identify customer needs and challenges in target markets and define the corresponding go-to-market strategies
Manage digital marketing and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads
Ensure that the team maintains and improves ongoing marketing programs: analyses and reports
Create and deliver marketing materials, content and sales enablement content: managing existing team members, creating online content and outsourcing within budget
Plan and support company presence and participation in industry events and conferences
Market review, research and evaluation of alternatives and competitors in the market (who, comparison with our offering and GTM strategies): including coordinated input from Product Team and Services Team
Working closely with the Sales Team: enabling them to meet their objectives incl. brand differentiation and solutions messaging to the market
Working closely with Product Team: to define marketing strategies for new and existing products: product marketing
Performing all tasks outlined in art. 39 GDPR, including: monitoring compliance of the company with GDPR and (Polish) data protection provisions and internal data protection regulations and procedures, among others by conducting related audits, awareness raising and training of staff involved in processing operations, response to and management of personal data protection incidents, acting as the primary point of contact for the relevant supervisory authorities on issues relating to personal data processing, serving as the appointed Data Protection Officer if required
Development, implementation, and maintenance of internal regulations and procedures relating to personal data protection,
Development, review, and maintenance of document templates and contracts, among others information clauses, data processing agreements, provisions on personal data protection arrangements in commercial contracts with customers and suppliers,
Performing data privacy impact assessments as needed,
Handling of data subjects’ requests and customers’ requests for information on data processing policies,
Maintaining records of processing activities (art. 30 GDPR) and handling of staff authorizations to process personal data,

Our growing Product Directorate is looking for a Product Support Specialist to perform a full spectrum of duties within our Support team. Reporting to our Director of Product you will ramp up your knowledge of our B2B Products and assist Users from a varied client base, including Financial Institutions, Public Servants, and Internal Users
