Develop and execute comprehensive promotion plans for various events and marketing activities, including React Native EU and external events Across React Universe, conferences organized with partners, and podcasts

Play a key role in implementing and maintaining all HR solutions which will help us to achieve our business objectives (such as: appraisal process, payroll policy, benefits, development, satisfaction surveys etc)
Provide guidance on people best practices
Work closely with the HR Team (currently 7 people) on broader projects
Planning and coordinating onboarding process for new employees,

Manage the team of Project Managers on daily basis (Coordinate their work, resolve issues, manage escalations, manage risks, guide and coach them to constantly improve)
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within the planned scope, budget and quality
Be responsible for book of work, managing pipeline of projects and report overall portfolio progress to the management team
Take charge of project planning with a major focus on time and financial estimations as well as strategy alignment
Support identification and defining of project requirements and its scope
Create and continuously improve Project Management playbook, create templates and tools to support effective project management
Keep the quality of work and stakeholders’ satisfaction at the top level and timely report problems and propose solutions to stakeholders
Collaborate with various teams on a daily basis and report directly to Head of Operations
Monitor and provide regular feedback about the performance of our team members in the projects they were assigned to – create and manage feedback loops
Manage a good relations with office tenant and contractors (e.g. architects, construction workers) and pursue the best possible offers available on the market
Take care of the office space so that it is the best place to work (we have an award of the best office in Wrocław)
Handle negotiations with other office suppliers and vendors
Prepare contracts and coordinate its signing with our external partners
Support administration of employee benefits, accounting and payroll
Handle internal company documentation in accordance with GDPR regulations
Timely coordinate business correspondence (couriers, post office)
Manage our stock of office supplies and place orders
Prepare conference rooms and facilitate business meetings
Co-organize meetups, company events and team retreats
Coordinate business trips - book flight tickets, hotels, etc
Prepare work stations for new joiners
Coordinate our front-office desk and be responsible for the reception of visitors
Support our Head of Technology in all HR matters within the Delivery structure
Be in daily contact with all Delivery employees to understand their business objectives and challenges. Support them in all relational and personal topics
Play a key role in implementing and maintaining HR solutions which will help us to achieve our business objectives (such as: appraisal process, payroll policy, benefits, development etc)
