Co-operate on daily basis with HR colleagues (managers, HR BPs, admins) from across CEE countries and corporate office, communicate with leadership team (cluster, global and in-country), communication with vendors
Review and adapt C&B plans, policies and processes, making recommendations and managing the implementation of change and/or new initiatives
Managing and planning the distribution of orders based on the internal tools, processes and procedures;
To review and maintain forecast and resource system/processes so that they operate efficiently and effectively to achieve optimum capacity & warehouse task flow;
Ongoing analysis of variables occurring in the process and correction of the plan;
Development and implementation of performance indicators;
Contact with the client regarding the management of consumer orders: presentation of data analysis results, presentation of conclusions (supported by figures and arguments), proactive (in consultation with the client) preparation of corrective actions, coordination of activities aimed at solving the causes of problems (diagnosis of causes and their elimination of the causes of diagnosed problems)
Supporting business projects and changes as required and instructions
Collaborate with other departments to align resources in operations with business needs
Proactive collaboration to improve operational processes
