Conduct recruitment processes focused on IT positions (We have a dedicated recruitment team, however sometimes things can get really hectic. In such cases, we will ask you to get involved and support the team in selected processes. Such tasks will appear quite regularly)
Cooperate closely with various business units managers (Over time, you will support leaders in decisions related to HR matters. Our managers are a bunch of really cool people, open to collaboration and new ideas.)

Creation of visual content. C&F is steadily growing, so we need your support in promoting our organization outside. You will be writing expert articles, creating brochures and media posts. We hope for your involvement in the creation of podcasts, videos and webinars. If you know how to promote this type of content, it will be your big advantage
Creation of content for employees. You will be responsible for writing, editing and updating content for our intranet. You will also be involved in creating C&F Employer Branding activities
Support for social media. Your task will be not only to write, edit and plan content for social media, but also to build a community around our brand. We hope you know how to use the potential of social media channels, especially LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
Co-creation, preparation and evaluation of the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (mainly in social media). You will support advertising and lead-generation activities, including planning strategies, creating materials for our potential clients or prospective hires and analyzing the results of campaigns with the team and collaborating companies
Opieka nad recepcją i wykonywanie prac administracyjnych. Będziesz w samym centrum wydarzeń😊 Obejmiesz pieczę nad naszą recepcją i staniesz się pierwszym kontaktem dla pracowników oraz gości. Wesprzesz nas w pracach biurowych m.in. w obsłudze połączeń telefonicznych, koordynowaniu obiegu dokumentów czy współpracy z firmami kurierskimi
Odpowiadanie na pytania. Duża część naszej pracy to pomaganie pracownikom we wszelkich kwestiach administracyjnych. Do Twoich codziennych zadań będzie należało udzielanie informacji, wyjaśnianie oraz pomoc w załatwianiu spraw wewnątrz firmy
Dbanie o przestrzeń biurową. Mamy nowoczesne biuro i wkładamy dużo wysiłku w to, by wszystkim pracowało się w nim komfortowo (ostatnio kupiliśmy nawet stół bilardowy i fotel masujący 😊). Poprosimy Cię o czuwanie nad funkcjonalnością i porządkiem w biurze. W ramach swoich obowiązków będziesz przygotowywać salki konferencyjne na spotkania, a jeśli zdarzy się jakaś usterka zadbasz, by administracja budynku się nią zajęła. To do Ciebie będzie należało zadbanie o to, by recepcja była wspaniałą wizytówką całej firmy
Wsparcie zespołu back-office w codziennych zadaniach. Mamy sporo różnych zadań oraz często pomagamy innym działom. Czasem poprosimy Cię o pójście na pocztę, innym razem pomożesz nam przy organizacji eventów, niekiedy poszukasz dostawców różnych artykułów lub fajnego miejsca na spotkanie integracyjne
