Leading by example on the selling floor, demonstrating state of the art client engagement and selling techniques

Demonstrating excellent selling skills through implementation of storytelling as well as cross, link, and up-selling techniques
Developing and executing a client-centric culture among the boutique team that emphasizes on client engagement and on building long lasting relationships with them
Performing gap analysis on performance and put in motion the necessary actions, in close collaboration with other departments
Implementing and ensuring respect of visual merchandising guidelines adapts animations and events for local clientele within the guidelines of the brand strategy and retail plan
Managing staff schedules, including day-to-day operational zoning
Implementation and optimization of the international merchandising strategy in terms of image and customer experience for Eastern Europe markets in accordance with the corporate identity
Coordination of projects concerning innovative merchandising concepts and responsibility for their implementation in cooperation with the management, sales, international merchandising team as well as our trading partners and suppliers
Continuous optimization of the creation of channel-specific visual merchandising guidelines (planograms, slides, occupancy plans) as well as responsibility for the conception and implementation of all assortment updates at the POS
Strategic and content-related planning by forecasting and order management in close coordination with supply chain
Responsibility for the merchandising budget in consultation with the Marketing Manager F&B
Monitoring and analysis of the competition as well as communication of current trends at the POS to the partner departments and the international headquarters
