Obowiązki:
Utilize email, phone calls, social media outreach, and trade shows to identify and qualify high-value leads, expanding the distribution network
Craft compelling business proposals, navigate contract negotiations, and close deals with new distributors
Provide prompt and professional support, addressing daily inquiries from distributors and their customers
Participate actively in trade exhibitions (Dubai, Miami, São Paulo, Milan, Barcelona, Düsseldorf) fostering brand awareness and generating new sales opportunities
Conduct product-related training sessions and offer ongoing guidance, empowering the sales force of distribution partners
Collaborate with internal departments (regulatory affairs, quality assurance, marketing) to support distributors in tender processes and required documentation preparation
Analyze market intelligence and competitive data to propose and implement effective business strategies that significantly contribute to achieving organizational objectives, particularly product and market leadership
Support product evaluation and usability studies to gather valuable user feedback, contributing to continuous product improvement
Provide accurate input to monthly rolling sales forecasts and take ownership of driving sales success throughout the region
Implement and maintain the company's quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with company & regulatory requirements for EU Importer and Distributor
Develop and manage the e-QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms and electronic records, in accordance with ISO 13483 and EU MDR
Evolve and execute operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the business, including purchasing, receiving, warehousing, shipping and post market surveillance
Lead process improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of already launched operations and reduce their costs
Manage the internal and external audit programs and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented
Supervise customer complaints, active system for product feedback gathering, incident notification and reporting to healthcare authorities
Lead employee training program
Manage business planning functions, including inventory control to support business growth
Guarantee a superior level of relationships with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders
Conduct prospecting activities to expand distribution network (email, phone call, social media, trade shows prospects)
Present business proposals and support contract negotiations
Ensure correct and complete entries to CRM system to maintain customer, prospects, and opportunities database to accurately monitor the sales pipeline
Attend trade exhibitions as part of business development activities
Provide basic customer service and respond to daily enquiries
Perform product-related trainings and provide guidance for the sales force of distribution partners
Support distribution partners in tenders and preparation of the required documentation in cooperation with the Company’s regulatory and marketing departments
Participate in the development of marketing content specific to the EMEA region and in multiple languages
Support product evaluation and product usability studies to obtain product feedback
Provide input to monthly rolling sales forecasts and hold direct responsibility for sales results in the region
Gather market intelligence on competitive landscape and markets to advise and develop effective business strategies which can significantly contribute to fulfillment organizational objectives, especially achievement of Product and Market Leadership
