In this role, the Marketing Coordinator for Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine will work closely with sales and marketing team to effectively position EBSCO in the territory through multiple channels
The marketing coordinator will create a consistent marketing approach, support the needs of sales, and support conferences for the territory. He/she will work across multiple areas of the business to help drive sales by assisting in the development of compelling product positioning, creative messaging and innovative marketing strategies
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The marketing coordinator will plan and execute campaigns utilizing a variety of channels and tactics as appropriate for the region. Specifically, the marketing coordinator will:
◾ Create fiscal year marketing plan and quarterly tactical plans aligned with all CEE territory that drive lead generation, product adoption and renewals, and influence purchasing decisions of EBSCO products
◾ Assist in development of messaging and product positioning based on understanding the needs of the Polish, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukrainian markets
◾ Draft and/or localize marketing content including blog posts, newsletters, infographics, flyers, web copy, emails, and sales collateral to drive demand and awareness of EBSCO’s product lines
◾ Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing programs with internal and external stakeholders
◾ Work with social media team to develop an effective social media strategy and drive social engagement
◾ Liaise with sales to determine key market influencers for content distribution
◾ Facilitate ongoing communication/coordination with sales team
◾ Create customer engagement materials such as posters, user guides, infographics and HTML for customers to send emails to end users for major product lines
◾ Oversee and organize participation at conference, including workshops, meetups and panel discussions
◾ Manage and execute webinars in coordination with external and internal stakeholders
◾ Secure speaking opportunities at conferences, on panels and other sales driven events
◾ Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to adjust and improve approaches
◾ Maintain, update, and continuously enhance the Polish website
◾ Translation of marketing material as needed
◾ Work on other projects as needed / directed by marketing management

Skanowanie i archiwizacja dokumentów
Aktywne kontaktowanie się z wydawcami zgodnie z zaistniałymi potrzebami, przede wszystkim dotyczących wycen, testów, problemów z dostępem dla klientów
Osiągnięcie poziomu eksperckiego wiedzy o e-pakietach i praktycznej znajomości konkurencji
• wsparcie i obsługa klientów (nie Call Center; lista własnych klientów instytucjonalnych, obsługa w języku polskim);
• stały kontakt telefoniczny i emailowy z klientami;
• obsługa zamówień i reklamacji we współpracy z innymi, w tym zagranicznymi, działami firmy oraz wydawcami zagranicznymi (język angielski);
• przygotowywanie, weryfikacja i wysyłka faktur do klientów zgodnie z warunkami umów;
• przygotowywanie wycen na zakup drukowanych i/lub elektronicznych czasopism, książek oraz baz danych z wykorzystaniem wewnętrznych systemów firmy oraz Excela
