Providing the management information and recommendation to the Management Team
Securing controlling (with the main focus on production area), forecasting, budgeting and various types of analysis
Supervise all IT and HR related aspects
Ensuring and controlling the application of all fiscal and corporate standards
Cash flow planning and monitoring, supervision of debt collecting
Budget preparation, follow-up as well as all types of analysis of deviations
Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supporting accouting, controlling, HR and IT team
Ensuring that all statuatory reporting and onther legal issues are perfromed correctly (mandatory reporting to Tax authorities, Social Insurance/ZUS, National Bank, etc.)
Reporting directly to Director of Finance, HR and IT on the HQ level as well as to Plant Director / Board Member of the local entity
Repersenting the company in front of authorties (tax office, etc.)
Managing a group of 25 employees working in teams: development department, production preparation department, projects department
Managing all stages of product development and of implementation processes
Managing the work of Coordinators and Project Managers as well as supervision of processes and projects in subordinates’ areas (standardization and organization of production, calculation and price offers)
Cooperation with the sales department, Business Development Manager and external research units
Attending international business meetings
Managing the process of preparing the production and presenting furniture designs for key clients (material, tools, machines, workload, product calculation)
Coordinating the process off
Measuring the actual consumption of raw materials for production
Conducting analyzes of working times at individual production positions
Calculating the efficiency of workstations, employment status, industrial indicators
Establishing working time standards for new products and optimization of existing ones
Requesting the preparation of documentation necessary for the production process
Cooperating with the team in determining the labor consumption for finished products and reducing costs in terms of times and methods
Supervised implementation of Lean Management tools
