Udział w dużym projekcie inwestycyjnym: projekt budowlany i technologiczny
Koordynowanie poszczególnych etapów projektu: harmonogram projektu, ocena zagrożeń w projekcie, bieżąca kontrola budżetu, aktualizacja planów do zmieniających się warunków

Continuous updating of the group-wide, globally valid Procurement Handbook
Establishment, implementation and continuous further development of the global process landscape in the area of purchasing, including interfaces of internal business partners
Optimization and harmonization of existing procurement processes
Modeling of the defined processes in our business process software Signavio
Definition and implementation of globally standardized business processes, templates and tools (supplier onboarding, RFQs, electronic contracting, etc.)
Lead a small team of internal and external SAP technology consultants (2-3)
Coordinate the external SAP basis partner to ensure that the system landscape (ECC on HANA, BW/4HANA, CRM, GRC, GTS, SolMan & web shop) is managed according to the agreed SLA’s
Manage the technical part of our external cloud systems (hands on when required & provider management) to ensure systems are running stable and SLA’s are met (SAP IBP, Ariba, Analytics Cloud, Concur, SuccessFactors)
Responsible for the SAP cloud platform integration which acts as main middleware for all external connected systems (coordinate external partners for daily operations & changes)
Coordinate with the team the SAP authorization and security processes (Role management, security reviews, monthly security patching)
Coordinate the SAP development backlog together with the internal lead developer
Coordinate the SAP BW/4HANA activities together with the internal consultant and external partner
Prepare & execute technology driven projects
Ensure that system changes are being executed in accordance with the internal change management process, evaluate and judge new technical change requests
