Dealing with support requests and queries from customers and Roche staff (engineers, sales representatives) via phone or e-mail;
Ensuring technical support/ configuration/ installation/ troubleshooting for analytical instruments or systems which are supplied by Roche using phone and remote connection;
Taking over technical activities on customer sites, supporting field service, application specialists and sales representatives;
Designing and conducting training courses for customers and Roche employees;
Being responsible for information and knowledge transfer, support for product updates and new launches as well as quality monitoring;
Taking care of proper documentation of all activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system;
Cooperating with colleagues from the international team and taking responsibility in the implementation of individual projects and goals

Support in implementation and maintenance of regulatory, quality and safety compliance for IVD medical devices and support in providing guidance for regional and local business partners, including Polish affiliate and Management Center Poland and East Europe countries;
Communicating effectively with distributors’ contacts, global and local quality/ regulatory groups on a daily basis with regards to regulatory and quality aspects;
Administration of regulatory, quality and safety related training in Polish and in English;
Acquiring knowledge of regulations, guidelines, procedures and policies relating to the distribution of IVD medical devices;
Support in monitoring regulatory intelligence and acting proactively on identified changes to regulatory requirements (i.e. support with submissions);
Accomplishment of routine assigned project assignments and providing data assessment and conclusions within the department;
Working on improvement opportunities for regulatory, quality and safety processes, policies and systems;
Playing an active role in product quality issues, including medical devices vigilance, in order to minimize the impact on business;
Providing support for all audits and inspections as needed and participating/ conducting internal audits
Co-owns the development of the long-term strategy for Roche Diagnostics Poland to ensure the realization of our long-term ambitions for patients, customers, society and the company
Is responsible for P&L objectives
Develops and implements strategic sales plans, closely connected to the integrated commercial plans, including customer segmentation, pricing, account planning, resourcing, skill building and sales structure
Identifies market trends at customer and healthcare system level to shape and adjust company - and sales strategy
Proactively engages in evolving the market environment, strengthening Roche’s market position and expanding access by developing strong, trustful partnerships with customers and healthcare stakeholders
