Creation, update and analysis of monthly and quarterly reportings
Setup of complex data models on global level as a base for decision making
Analysis of monthly performance as well as forecasts on country, market area and regional level
Creation of forecasting and analysis tools to elevate the local FP&A capabilties
Participation and/or lead in smaller projects to enhance level of process automation, to improve system lanscape and to increase transparency of business performance
Derives and implements future state technology architecture

Own global marketing budget for the industry, identify needs and tactics to prepare budget proposal and maintain realization and cost control
Organize Habasit’s participation in international exhibitions and events listed in industry marketing plan through collaboration with internal stakeholders and supporting agencies
Deliver market launch campaigns for new products and services released globally for the industry and coordinate with countries for local releases
Create content for planned marketing tactics, including industry and product literature, thought leadership articles and blog posts, website updates and video
Plan and execute campaigns through owned, earned and paid media
Set relevant marketing objectives to measure and report on effectiveness of delivered marketing activities
Ensure excellent communication of marketing initiatives within Habasit organization
Support ad-hoc projects in alignment with the Marketing Communications Manager
Support education and knowledge transfer across Habasit marketing organization
Provide relevant market intelligence to the GS&IS functional teams, by conducting in-depth analyses, creating meaningful and actionable insights

• Lead and execute on the following commercial enablement focus areas:
Commercial processes and tools
̵ Define, own and develop Habasit’s End-to-End Sales process, centered around customer value creation as well as next-level productivity gains, driving towards true digital customer interaction and process automation, while optimizing the sales tools needed to uplift our business performance (e.g., SugarCRM)
Commercial training
- Create and implement globally consistent, role-specific learnings paths and training curriculums for the commercial organization, providing best practices, knowledge, tools and resources in collaboration with Global HR
Commercial playbooks
- Develop a set of commercial playbooks as the go-to guide for the respective commercial processes (e.g. Value Proposition Definition, Product & Market Launch) and establish an easy-to-access / -navigate playbook library and drive the adoption across the organization
• Lead and develop the Global Customer Care function
- Define, own and develop Habasit’s End-to-End Customer Care process, tied to a clear customer value impact and define a set of meaningful metrics to measure, compare and track performance
• Support and participate in Commercial Strategy projects and initiatives
