Providing daily support to the President of the Board:
• Managing the President‘s calendar and setting up meetings
• Verification of proper documents authorization before being submitted for President acceptance
• Preparing expense reports
• Making travel and accommodation arrangements
• Implementation of other tasks assigned by the President of the Board
Providing support for local office administration:
• Managing a busy reception desk
• Greetings all visitors
• Efficiently notifying colleagues of their visitors‘ arrival
• Efficiently answering the phone and re-directing the caller to the appropriate person
• Keeping the Reception area and meeting rooms tidy and well-presented all times
• Directing visitors to a meeting room
• Efficiently dealing with meeting room bookings (only where this isn‘t an electronic room booking system in place)
• Assisting with arranging taxis for clients and or visiting IFS staff as and when required
• Accepting all post items into the office including but not limited to: letters, packages etc
• Notifying recipient that they have a delivery
• Organizing outgoing post and couriers as and when required

As a Senior Principal Business Architect, you will be expected to lead the development of Business Value Engineering across all Sales and Presales teams in order to define business cases for change and the implementation of IFS in line with corporate strategy and company goals. Business Value Engineering is central to the customer first approach of IFS and Business Architects are integral to both the understanding and delivery of the value customers expect from their investment. Senior Principal Business Architects are responsible for leading the Business Value Engineering activities and developing the corporate strategy in this area
- Guide, recommend and develop business processes and architecture within strategic customer environments, looking at how IFS could add value to the business with our applications and an extended solution if required
- Liaise with Market Unit and Corporate Leadership on strategic development in line with the core company goals and initiatives
- Undertake team leadership and coaching duties as appropriate to the job function
- Develop an external image as a spokesperson for IFS and as a thought leader aligned to IFS’s business strategy – establishing regular press or external communications working with IFS Marketing on a regular basis
- Provide coaching and guidance for all teams involved in the sales process to ensure development and promotion of excellence
- Be responsible for developing tools, assets and coaching and enablement strategies as appropriate for the job function

The Project Manager , is responsible for leading, managing and steering IFS projects. An IFS Project Manager is acting on behalf of IFS as a focal point of expertise to ensure the Value Realization to the customer and Revenue Generation to IFS. Key to this is a firm understanding of Project Management in general and the IFS Methodologies in particular, highlighting the ability to gain trust from both the customer and the IFS teams. Project Manager enjoys the challenge of being the key driver, decision maker, engager and motivator in projects, while consistently having control of both short and long terms revenue realization along with set KPI’s
- Responsible for delivery of the project within agreed scope, time and cost
- Govern and Steer the overall project plan
- Display Leadership abilities including the ability to ensure the consulting team is acting as a uniform entity in both communication and methodology
- Know how to apply the key concepts from the IFS Methodologies, be able to communicate this to the Customer
- Consistently communicate Project milestones to the Consulting team
- Routinely question and challenge the key decisions that are taken in relation to the solution design to ensure they do not affect the overall scope and timeline/budget of the project
- Understand the impact and consequences of any Change Requests to the solution design and plan, coordinate and control how these are handled
- Challenge requests for customization, ensure they are appropriate and necessary and that increase of scope is captured as Change Request/orders outside original scope of the contract

- Timely coordination and follow up on Performance and Progress from all project team members

- Keep up to date with application developments, be aware of new releases, their content, and in cooperation with the Solution Architect assess how it might affect the project
Lead on early careers hiring including, Graduates, second jobbers and interns
Partner with early careers manager and the business leaders to understand planned demand and relevant business context
Liaise with both local HR Business Partners and managers to ensure the scope, brief and role profiles are as required
Delivers recruitment against early careers application and assessment process to ensure efficiency, best practice assessment, hiring manager and candidate experience
Manages the end-to end process for early careers roles in close collaboration with hiring manager and business leaders and then handover to early careers manager for onboarding and next steps
Supports and builds links with universities to support IFS’ early careers programme
From time to time may be involved in experienced hiring as well as early career
Be an integral part of a Global team providing services to our premium engagement offerings
Develop fit for purpose software, based on functional and technical requirements
Consult IFS Customers as a Technical Expert through direct Customer engagement
Create configurations on IFS Products based on Customer requirements (Extensibility)

As a Systems Engineer, you are responsible for the successful installation, technical configuration, and technical support of the Customer’s IFS product suite
You must enjoy working in teams and be good at networking. You will work closely with colleagues and customers, ensuring we deliver value to the customer through our projects
To succeed in the role as a Systems Engineer, we expect you are:
- Good at guiding our customers in how to best utilize the IFS products in their IT infrastructure
- Confident to utilize knowledge of modern IT architecture and concepts, including servers, operating systems, virtualization, and networking to assist customers in the selection and configuration of the technical infrastructure necessary to support their planned use of IFS products
- Familiar with common technologies like Oracle, Azure, network and Kubernetes
