Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre- screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

Determining potential risk to the Bank through extensive research and documentation of new clients
Understanding of KYC /AML procedures and policies that need to be complied with and the KYC systems and databases that hold KYC information and records
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner. Identify and assess customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives
Document customer interactions and transactions in internal systems
