Obowiązki:
Monitor the performance of supply chain vendors ensuring that KPI´s, services and processes are in line with agreed Real Estate practices and contractual requirements
Ensure that Facilities related expenditure is in line with the agreed annual budget
Identify and, when instructed, implement cost saving initiatives
Assist the Newmark Finance team develop and maintain annual operating budget and provide reports upon request
Assist the Regional Operations Director to identify and implement agreed savings initiative
Work with the Newmark Procurement team to develop specifications and scopes of work for Facilities Management vendors and goods as required
Purchase & administration of office supplies
Raise purchase orders for Facilities Management vendors as and when required
Review vendor invoices for accuracy and adherence to purchase order/budget requirements
Inputting vendor invoices to Newmark accounts receivable/payable system
Responsible for the positive and prompt response to requests from building occupiers
Ensure the optimal functioning of building systems (HVAC, Fire/life safety equipment, etc)
Undertake site inspections on a regular basis to identify issues and ensure prompt closure
Ensure that the property and vendors are in compliance with local environmental, health & safety legislation and company policies and maintain records to this effect
Coordinate and manage insurance and service contract requirements with supply chain vendors
Ensure adherence to company and client policies and procedures
Focal point for Tririga, including FM Helpdesk
Support and back up for Reception Desk Employees (Holiday / sick leave) where applicable
Undertake other facilities related tasks that may arise from time to time at the direction of the Newmark Regional Operations Director
