Act as a dedicated Analyst for SaaS Treasury application provided by Vendor
Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Vendors and other IT teams representatives to estimate the effort for IT solution development, change requests and releases
Document Business needs in detail and translate them into requirements for Vendor representatives
Validate developed solution against requirements
Act as SME in relevant area of responsibility, contributing technical and business process/data expertise
Play a key role in program deployment from analytical perspective
Monitor infrastructure in integration, staging and live environment
Improve security of the data exchanged between servers, systems and network infrastructure
Perform system configuration to meet business requirements
Create and maintain documentation/procedures to ensure support and maintenance of TMS system, including system descriptions, configurations, change management, policies and procedures
The responsibilities and duties can be divided in few sectors:

• Connecting business and IT solutions, manages business relations with stakeholders (including key users, lab managers, and business unit managers) on IT initiatives to ensure successful implementation

Project coordination
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to customers and the project team so that issues and solutions are understood
• Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project
• Monitors project progress, recommends actions
Requirement management
• Identifies requirements by establishing personal rapport with customers and with other persons in a position to understand service requirements
• Conducts interviews to gather business requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
• Assists with the interpretation of business requirements into feasible options, and communicates these back to the customers
Specification
• Collaborates with the team leader and development team to determine project scope and vision, by defining project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the project team, writing functional specifications
• Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted and understood by the project team
Testing, validation, documentation
• Delivers simple solutions, by creating ad hoc SQL queries, calculations, changing the layout of simple reports
• Creates the test scenarios used for user acceptance testing
• Ensures/facilitates audits and review of the use of new systems to ensure the implementation of the best practices
For this position you may be required to travel between different sites of the company
Design, plan and implement IT Infrastructure Transformation / Integration / Segregation throughout Food and Environment testing businesses across Europe. These projects will be aimed to perform installations, configuration and migrations of enterprise-level IT infrastructure systems to cloud solutions (Azure, Amazon), Azure AD, Office 365
Propose and deliver solutions that best meet the business needs in terms of security, cost and effectiveness
Work close with Server, Virtualization, Network, Application team members do deliver the IT Infrastructure as wider project. Act based on the end to end view of the Infrastructure
Document the solutions delivered and help to transition the service to regional teams in final stage of the project
Act as L3/L4 point of contact after the Infrastructure Service is transitioned to the target teams
As the IT TAS you would be responsible for covering full life cycle of the recruitment processes – from recognizing the existing recruitment needs within IT structures, through creating the proper sourcing strategy and conducting searches with available tools, interviewing and assessing candidates, to the negotiations of the offer and support of hiring
You are mastering your deadlines, your deliverables for multiple searches at one time and you are coordinating meetings/interviews between candidates and internal clients. The maintenance of all data quality and accuracy in ATS is also under your responsibility
As active member of our Global IT TA team, you are participating in update meetings with the internal clients and stakeholders and leading your individual projects to support the development of the recruitment standards within the organization
