Obowiązki:
Oversee daily operations of the Group’s operations teams
Develop and introduce performance management
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Introduce quality assurance (completeness, timeliness and quality)
Identify, review and optimize business processes
Write and submit reports to the CEO and Board in all matters of importance
Contribute to the evolution of the management culture in line with the Group’s development. Contribute to business development with key clients, particularly in Poland
Ensure corporate compliance, risk management, and quality programs are implemented, followed and change is driven by data and outcome measurements
Work in cooperation with internal international accounting team (3-4 persons) and outsourced accountants in Poland, United Kingdom, Lithuania)
Lead month-end closing including planning, coordinating, scheduling, and reviewing financial operations
Prepare General Ledger journal entries, including supporting calculations and analyses
Provide primary documents to external accountants in Poland on monthly basis
Cooperate with auditors during year-end audits and ensures that audit documentation is delivered to the auditors
Review journal entries of the Company's Branch in Poland, reconcile journal entries with Head office (United Kingdom) records
Lead monthly billing process for services provided, from accounting side: issue sales invoices (United Kingdom); preparation of monthly summary billing reports; manage issuing sales invoices for services provided by external accountants
Prepare inventory reports of goods sold (local and Intra-Community supplies, export), manage to issue sales invoices by external accountants
Assist external accountants with local VAT returns (United Kingdom, Poland)
Manage employee’s expense reimbursement and post relevant journal entries
Manage the issuing implementation projects with processor and payment systems (Mastercard/ VISA) in multiple countries; the examples of such projects could be MDES, activation of new issuing BIN/ ICA, implementation of Mastercard APIs
Analyze the interface specifications provided by processor to define the business requirements for implementing new card functionalities
Identify gaps that require system development and provide business requirements for underlying implementation
