You design and create e-learnings and expand the FlixBus Learning Management System platform with content (i.e. videos, animations, graphical editing, text-to-speech, AI implementation)
You support Flixs’ continuous international expansion, including country and regional launches and post-merger integrations with focus on strengthening the Digital Learning footprint

You provide support for solving crisis situations (failures, accidents)
You provide support to the operational team in other tasks as needed

You are the main point of contact for a group of bus partners regarding most business, financial and operational topics
You manage up to 10 accounts
You actively engage in shaping bus partner's portfolios to maximize Flix and bus partners profits
You support discussions on new routes/cities/solutions
You help identify, negotiate, and acquire new bus operators to partner with Flix
You present partnership opportunities and the advantages of a cooperation with Flix to external stakeholders (local authorities, bus companies, terminals)

You support Group Internal Audit to develop the global annual audit plan based on a risk oriented approach. You plan and execute the respective audits including on-site audit in point of sale and follow up on the implementation of remediation measures
