Developing and implementing brand, marketing & communications strategies for our clients. Creating and governing marketing funnels, testing, and optimization
Coordinating marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and increase traffic on Funktional's and our client's communication channels
Be trusted advisor to the client and help him grow
Building strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders across the business and supporting your day to day clients in all aspects
Servicing selected clients on integrated projects in the areas of branding, digital, creative, and social media
Leading the client through the delivery process – showing flexibility and providing practical advice to achieve a solution
Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and acting as the link between the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
Striving to build strong client relationships (especially at senior levels) and having regular connections with them outside of scheduled meetings
Presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the Strategic Team and leading Project Manager), the project ideas/design to the client
Identifying opportunities with clients to push boundaries, tackle their business needs, and convince them to invest in alternative solutions
Ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts
Responsible for meeting monthly / yearly revenue target
Deep diving into the brand’s categories and understanding the details of each. And thus, maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting their accounts, and developments in the wider advertising and communications industry
Clearly communicating and supporting the Creative team with the client’s brief, ensuring the client’s voice is not lost, but the creative boundaries are still pushed
Demonstrating a full understanding of the creative process – managing expectations and time pressures, including managing creative resourcing
Establishing an excellent “eye” for creative output, recognizing strong creative work and when work could be improved
Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of the project
Overseeing client reports; project trackers and project-related documentation, and the general running of the operational business within the agency
Supporting the project teams to successfully resolve problems and difficult client situations
Building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients
Continuously monitoring Client satisfaction and looking for ways to enrich the Client experience
Facilitating the creation and execution of branding and marketing strategies (mainly for digital channels)
Planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects in collaboration with internal/external resources and partners and doing so on time and with proper quality - focus on product and website development, brand building, social media, and content
Organizing and running weekly sprint/time box planning
Handling budget reporting for executed projects and internal processes/documentation related to project execution
Giving recommendations regarding ongoing processes and collecting feedback from clients during and after project delivery
Preparing offers and presentations, supporting our Sales Team
Supporting the project teams to successfully resolve problems and difficult client situations
