Obowiązki:
The job position is divided into three groups of tasks: daily operations, merchandising and business development. Working across silos leaves the candidate at the very core of the business, thus the candidate must have strong communicational talents. The candidate is also expected to possess the ability to analyse complex business challenges and find logic solutions. The candidate should likewise feel confident making decisions and be driven by seeing projects being completed
Daily operations
• Ad hoc administrative tasks
• Order Processing (main in peak and holiday periods)
• Product data and content maintenance
• Preparation of monthly reporting to management
• Daily management of small team
Merchandising
• Operational and strategic customer care
• Coordination of new products developments between designers, vendors, quality team and customers
• Contact with external graphic designers on preparation of imagery
• Contract and price negotiation with all suppliers & service providers
• Preparation of sales material and product presentations for clients
• Sourcing & on boarding of new suppliers
Business development
• Development of new sales channels such as market place sales
• Development of new business areas, such as new product categories
Vendor and client relations management including screening, negotiations of agreements, on-boarding and problem solving
Product development: research of designs / design creation with design team, client and vendor, collecting quotations, co-ordination of preparation of marketing materials and follow-up on compliance in co-operation with Quality Assurance team
Portfolio management incl. sales and profitability analysis of items
Follow up on orders, shipments and claims with vendors and customers
Participation in on-going update meetings with customers
Coordination of task related to launch of new collection between all involved parties such as vendors, designer, photographer, internal operations, sales agents etc
Product on-boarding including preparation of data, imagery and other content (in cooperation with graphics and operations departments)
Contract and price negotiations with vendors
Ad-hoc assistance on daily purchase task during holidays or peak periods
Quality oversight in cooperation with Quality department
