As Designer in the perimeter of placards your responsibility will be to update existing and create new labels for helicopter parts. Majority of tasks are related to new language versions. Each time there is a new language of the placard, it is necessary to clarify with a local certification office which version of the placard they want to have: English, bilingual or translated in the local language. Next step is to get in contact with a translation office and prepare the placard in new language version. In order to do so, the following points or tasks have to be taken into account:
Request ECP and the material in SAP
Prepare the placard drawing, in case that the size becomes bigger than the previous one, you have to make an environmental analysis
Prepare the BOM in SAP
Make all the settings in SAP
Release the part
Prepare the installation drawings in VPM and release in SAP
