Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities
Responsible for the product revenue and market share
Works with engineering, service, and sales to provide technical solutions. Supports account team in identifying, developing and maintaining sound, long term relationships with existing and potential clients
Works with customers in Poland for product instruction/presentation, RFI/RFP response, Microwave solution configuration, product lab testing and field trial management
Represents Huawei on CxO-level meetings, industry summits and government
Cooperates closely with colleagues from Huawei representative office
Responsible for data center facility project (indoor data center solution and outdoor prefabricated container solution) in technical service delivery, for example, installation guide, commission, site acceptance test and troubleshooting
Provide data center facility devices' operation and trainings for customer and partner, manage the customer satisfaction
Support data center facility presales project technical service delivery risk review
Responsible for site equipment health check service and report annually when necessary, supervise the quality of on-site maintenance operation
Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA, such as software upgrade or update, hardware replacement and so on
