Obowiązki:
1. Sales:
-->Identify new customers and their needs, commercial and industrial partners
--> Developing leasing of locomotives & services activities and managing customer relation with new & existing regional customers
--> Customers meeting organisation and preparation (pp support etc.)
--> Preparing and following up of customers offers
--> Preparing of documents for tenders (private and state-owned companies) in the region - mainly Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia - and cooperation with Akiem HQ divisions
--> Ensuring negotiations
--> Drafting with cooperation of the legal team bilingual sales contracts
--> Assume the role of internal project manager for the implemented contracts
--> Coordination of technically economial topics
2. Market intelligence
--> Ensure commercial intelligence on the Central Europe market
--> Evaluate trends and anticipate market needs
--> Manage and report regional benchmarking
3. Cash management
--> Ensure the economic follow-up of customers
--> Anticipate / manage disputes
--> Relaunch clients for invoices payment
4. Development
--> Set up and implement innovative service offers in connexion with the technical services and Akiem Technik team
--> Be actively involved in designing the marketing and business strategy
--> Participation in Railway Fairs/Forums/Events in the Region
--> Manage information through CRM tools
--> Ensuring ISO quality internal procedures
--> Active participation in internal reporting (KPI)
