Provide an auditable trail of incoming and outgoing documentation on projects assigned to the project group using the company procedures and systems, both manually and/or electronically
Establish and maintain an effective filing & archiving system for paper documents, in accordance with the Company Quality Procedures
Create and maintain a compatible system for computerised documents and undertake administration tasks as required by the technical staff and other site based technical staff
Follow approved document control procedures, and work processes and instructions developed for the whole project
Liaise with the other consultants’ document controllers within the project (or equivalent) to ensure secure and timely exchange of information
Ensure the relevant Quality Management procedures are followed and in some instances audit projects against these procedures to advise the project team of areas where they have not followed correct procedures
Organising and delivering graphics-related projects
Interpreting client and project needs, and seeking out and presenting creative design solutions, then leading the implementation of solutions through to project completion
Working closely with the graphics team in London studio to organise the presentation and exhibition of projects requiring graphic design input. Some liaising with our Surrey studio may also be required for short periods
Branding and layout of high quality architectural bid brochures, marketing material, planning documents, presentation panels and boards and publicity material; and Photoshop rendering of masterplans, layout plans and sketches
Upon completion of graphics projects to package and back up all project-related files in an organised and efficient way

Manage and update the events calendar and help identify speaking opportunities for our spokespeople;
Coordinate social media campaigns in line with PRP’s communication strategy;
Manage awards’ calendar and coordinate submissions with relevant teams. Help identify new awards opportunities for the business
