- Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Site Leader to join the Engineering Training department. Within this job role, we are looking for someone who will support the training manager and provide site level leadership to ensure all training courses are carried out to highest standards that we already maintain to the company
- The successful person will be responsible for ensuring:
- - Support the RYR Group Base Training manager in managing the local training programmes for WAMs Facilities
- - Manage the local team of Technical Training Instructors and coordinator to ensure demand is supported in a structured and timely manner
- - Ensuring all Technical Training is prepared and delivered in compliance with EASA Part-145 and EASA Part-147 regulations, where applicable
- - Provide oversight, liaison, and support of apprentices & JAE’s
- - Develop instructor materials (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) at the request of the training manager

- The successful candidate for Base Maintenance Manager position will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance is carried out to EASA & UKCAA standards and overseeing technical and engineering support
- • Overseeing the scheduling and timely completion of repairs and maintenance ensuring budget adherence
- • Responsible for delivering on time performance whilst maintaining the highest of standards and safety
- • Ensuring manpower resources, tooling and equipment are available to accomplish the scheduled work
- • Assessing the performance of personnel against experience, qualifications, and training to ensure that they are sufficient for the tasks undertaken
- • Ensuring the talent pipeline and growth plan are in place and managed accordingly to ensure business continuity and growth
- • Ensuring the establishment is fit for purpose by making sure that up-to-date processes and procedures are in place and communicated effectively
