Building long-term relationships with current and new Clients

Close cooperation with the Client in order determine future requirements and providing plans
Ability to track and monitor project status among outsourced IT team members and
task status reporting in a close cooperation with Client’s Delivery Leader
Regular and open communication with the IT team to ensure a supportive working environment
Responsible for direct evaluation of work of Supplier’s resources, for resolving low performance issues, securing continuity of service in case of absences
To take any appropriate action in order to fix the problems
Design, develop, and maintain code that meets requirements, is high quality, efficient, reusable and performs efficiently and effectively to provide a great customer experience
Incorporate standards and best practices, including performance, security, scalability, testability, and maintainability
Participate in code reviews to spot issues around architecture, performance, security, and more
Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automatization
Contribute to design patterns and coding standards while being mentored
Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes
Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts
Monitoring and improving front-end performance
Documenting application changes and developing updates
Interpret internal / external business challenges and opportunities and set up solutions to deliver
Support workstream / product owners with preparation of business cases and support achievement of the overall program objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with workstream colleagues, product owners, and all senior stakeholders to drive transparency of program workloads, financial, commitments, and expectations
Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements and test created solutions
Engage subject matter experts across a number of different functional and geographical areas in a virtual international team setting
Actively participate in the delivery of all aspects of small projects and/or phases of larger projects
Interpret internal / external business challenges and opportunities and set up solutions to deliver

Reviewing and assessing the acceptability of our clients' proposed commercial terms in accordance with standard criteria, while striking the right balance between risk mitigation and achieving commercial sales targets
Working closely with all departments within the company to facilitate the rapid establishment of convenient and acceptable terms and conditions
Cooperation with all company departments to provide details of all relevant customer provisions and policies
Business Support for contractual and compliance inquiries
Presenting and educating the company on all legal issues
Ensuring compliance with legal SLAs
Verification and communication of changes in labour law, support in the implementation of changes in the company
Managing relationships with external legal advisors, suppliers, advisors and others

We are looking for a credible sales professional with IT experience, responsible for the promotion and selling of the business
Key Responsibilities:
To develop new business relationships in order to generate income to an agreed target through personal lead generation and appointment setting
To sell the business services to potential clients through all streams of direct communication
Create strategic development plans, including active sales pipeline and implementation, to build new profitable business
To actively and successfully manage the sales process through credentials pitch; requirements gathering; solution pitch; negotiation; close and handover to the wider business
To manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is undertaken properly
Track and report progress with implementation of a strategic plan, customer budgets, and ongoing forecasts
Analyse the market to determine potential opportunities
Improve existing business by increasing profitability and customer satisfaction alongside the rest of the team
Working collaboratively with the team to service the client effectively
Ensuring that the business remains proactive and responsive to prospective and current client base
Outside of core responsibilities:
Ensure the ethos of the company is positively communicated at all times to colleagues, candidates and clients
Pro-actively contribute to a positive environment, leading by example, embracing change and always displaying a positive attitude
