Obowiązki:
Communicating with the client and other stakeholders to discover business requirements
Providing input to product backlogs, plans and roadmaps
Facilitating workshops of a technical nature (related to topics such as estimation and risk assessment)
Translating business requirements and user stories into work items in the product backlog
Leading development team(s), ensuring best practices of software engineering are in place, and that developers are equipped with tools and specifications to work effectively
Technical design and documentation of architecture and flows
Mentoring less experienced team members, providing code-reviews when needed
Collaborating with international customers and distributed teams

We would like you to engage in two key activities:
1) Drive sales processes, prepare proposals for our new potential clients, and
2) to build long term relationships and grow our existing clients
· Collaborate with our tech & design advisors to understand client’s real needs and prepare adequate proposals. Perform initial discussions and facilitate the process to build advisory position with our clients
· Proactively look for opportunities to grow existing clients. Build position of NoA Ignite as trusted partner for your future clients and broaden portfolio of services delivered to our clients
· Contribute to marketing activities to strengthen the sales leads pipeline
· Contribute to improving our sales processes and cooperation with marketing team
Advise clients, respond to their spoken and unspoken needs, propose ways to achieve their business objectives such as increase revenue, conversion, customer lifetime value or minimize eCommerce operational cost
Share experience and develop NoA Ignite’s know-how within eCommerce, including contribution to NoA Ignite’s eCommerce service offering and strategy
Closely collaborate with the Sales team, lead pitches and tenders to win new clients and accounts
Finance and controlling: invoicing and revenue recognition, project profitability analysis; cash collection, cost controlling; process improvement; group reporting
ERP system: supporting users in The North Alliance Group; system maintenance and upgrades; development of new functionalities; reporting and resolving bugs with the system provider; knowledge sharing
Management reporting in BI solution: developing reports and dashboards; QA and testing
