Areas of responsibility:
You will be working in close collaboration with your team and have a broad interface across functions, supporting and advising the business on HR practices related to our Technicians. You will provide daily HR sparring and develop adequate HR procedures to ensure compliance with Polish employment law and regulations both within and across countries
Your accountabilities will include:
- Improve and maintain databases and internal HR systems for technicians
- Provide HR support on a day-to-day basis and drive short- and long-term HR projects related to Technicians
- Manage the employment lifecycle of Technicians, including preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding
- Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment and subcontracting contracts in accordance with local employment law
- Ensure compliance with local labour law, and enforce adherence to legal guidelines as well as in-house policies to maintain the local entity’s legality, compliance and business ethics
- Stay on top of any local agreements to ensure compliance
- Assist with negotiation and re-negotiation with Technicians
- In close collaboration with Coordinators, Project Managers, and Central Planner, ensure effective utilisation of Technicians with regards to compliant and timely mobilisation and demobilisation
- Act as the interface between Technicians and business with respect to employment and working conditions of personnel in the territory
