Working directly with Managing Director and the Team, in a small office set up locally, providing daily office support as well as smart assistance in the execution of ongoing tasks and projects
Cooperation and communication with Clients, Partners, Candidates and other international offices
Supporting recruitment projects for high-level executive positions in terms of the following:
Leading project documentation (preparing reports, proposals, client presentations, job specifications etc.) in English, providing content contribution
Preparing high-quality translations and proof-reading of documents (Polish-English/English-Polish)
Planning & coordinating recruitment activities at particular stages of the process
Updating databases and IT systems, incl. ATS, Salesforce
Coordinating project documentation workflow and archiving documents in line with GDPR requirements
Organizing and coordinating business meetings (internally and externally)
Developing and implementing relevant business processes, procedures and tools, documentation templates, along with on-going improvement suggestions
Coordinating EB activities: maintaining a good Company image, preparing and publishing content; social media savvy (e.g. LinkedIn)
Responsibility for internal recruitments: cooperating with university career offices and job portals, monitoring campaign and recruitment processes effectiveness
Responsibility for onboarding and training of new employees; updating training material
Cooperation with external partners and suppliers (office supplies, building technicians, etc.)
Coordination of administrative and office-related issues (i.e. office relocation to a new co-working space)

Your Tasks

Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Digital tools and new technologies savvy
Min. several years’ working experience from a challenging business environment of an international organization
Able to work under time pressure, goal-oriented, quick and professional in acting
