Obowiązki:
Management of artistic creation. Determining needs and initiating activities aimed at artistic development adjusted to internal and licensing needs,
Responsibility for estimating and budgeting the costs of artistic projects and their settlement. Conducting analyzes and creating reports on the progress of projects in the publishing plan,
Effectively organizing the work of artistic teams and supervising all activities undertaken to complete projects in accordance with the adopted publishing plan and budget,
Managing a team of graphic studio leaders (motivating, setting goals, priorities, delegating and stimulating creativity, ensuring a good team working atmosphere)
Taking care of communication and information exchange within the team and with external departments (conducting regular briefings for artists, cover meetings)
Close cooperation with internal departments (including editorial, sales, marketing, finance, DTP, production, R&D, licensing departments)
Managing a project library and files, creating templates and implementing new IT tools in the Graphics Studio (including creating a targeted dictionary and a database of process models in Assecco, Asana)
Acting as a coordinator for the graphics of sales materials,
Cooperation with business partners - licensors in the field of artistic and marketing ventures
Reporting to the Publisher, this role will be responsible for the implementation of annual title lists in Asana, as well as updating subsequent changes,
Creating book schedules for a variety of novelty, activity, and fiction formats—taking into account sales final files and launch dates, production deadlines, various creative department development timelines, and licensor schedules/milestones,
Updating & managing book schedules from start to finish in Asana,
Proactively collaborating with multiple departments (art, editorial, production, licensing, sales, custom, text & layout) to chase/keep projects on schedule,
Act as the key stakeholder for Asana tasked with setting up/updating book data and progress status,
Create/distribute agendas/minutes for and chair/lead Operations and Program meetings, as well as attend Production meetings & disseminate information to various project stakeholders,
Sending out Change Memos to staff and LEGO and serving as the key list scheduling liaison for LEGO,
Streamlining book creation processes and efficiencies,
Potentially traveling to Denmark as needed for key meetings
Participating in contract process flow, especially managing contracts and relations with international clients, supporting the legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts, monitoring contract deadlines,
Preparing reports and documents related to contract management,
Participating in legal-related processes across the organization (e.g. liaison with sales department)
Supporting the organization with administration and legal issues, e.g. managing queries and data access requests,
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and in-house regulations
