Obowiązki:
Providing assistance to employees, visitors, guests, supplier and vendors
Greeting visitors, handling their inquiries and/or directing them to the appropriate POCs
Ensuring the office is always adequately supplied by ordering all necessary supplies, including stationery, office equipment, food items, merchandise
Responsible for the maintenance of the office and overall general administration
Coordination of incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Assisting Management Team in their daily duties and any other ad-hoc projects.Be the first point of contact for all office & HR related queries/projects
Responsible for the required logistics onboarding and offboarding of employees/contractors. Managing contact and tasks related to benefits providers
Escalate grievance issues to the HR Team as necessary
Driving office extension agenda for Gdańsk office and ongoing support of different office
Organizing and arranging planned events (e.g. Company updates) and meetings (e.g. English lessons), achieving participation NPS above 8 points
Helpful hand in team meetings organization (incl. accommodation, travel, agenda)
Ownership of developers’ summit event – yearly Company meeting
Being part of various HR initiatives such as Employer Branding project
