OUTOKUMPU GROUP has opened a new Customer Care Center in Poland and we are granting you the opportunity to be a part of it. As a Customer Care Representative within Sales Europe organization, you will be responsible for creating business partnerships with internal and external customers, understanding their specific needs and providing high-quality service. In this role, you will both care for long-term clients and build successful relationships with the new ones
The position is located in Dąbrowa Górnicza and will include some degree of traveling within Poland and other European countries when the pandemic circumstances will allow it
Your main duties will include:
Support of the existing customer base;
Occasional customer visits in Poland and abroad together with the account owner;
Check customer purchase order and book the order accordingly;
Closely monitor shipment dates and expedite if necessary;
Control of finished goods stock and initiate appropriate measures;
Information exchange within the team and to relevant internal and external parties;
Act as a trusted sparring partner and advisor for the business;
Ensure clear alignment and roll out of people processes across the organization (incl. performance management, employee engagement surveys, talent management, compliance processes, etc);
Responsible for the payroll in Poland (interface to the payroll service provider);
Responsible for keeping the personnel and benefits administration up to date and compliant with Polish HR labour laws and requirements;
Keep global HR processes and reports up-to-date with Polish and Hungarian data;
Work on process improvements for administrative HR processes;
Cooperate trustworthy with respective employee representatives;
Ensure that the business is appropriately resourced for current and future needs by workforce planning and recruitment;
Advise and give input to development programs within Outokumpu;
Ensure holistic talent review of key resources to determine performance vs potential, succession and young talents;
Identify and develop the right capabilities and competences for future business needs incl. trainings;
Drive change initiatives from HR point of view;
Ensure consistent application of the Compensation and Benefits policies and processes
Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting (IFRS) in cooperation with the accounting team in GBS (our Global Business Services centre)
Validate sales, costs, inventory controls, KPIs, General ledger and subledger
Prepare all tax-declarations (as VAT, CIT, WHT) in cooperation with country financial controller, GBS and tax department
Prepare and follow-up accounting and other requests in AICO system, check vendor-invoice process in Docsweb system and support GBS in case of questions and issues
Coordinate the external audit-process of the Polish company and prepare the Statutory Financial statements
Reporting to local authorities as statistic office, national bank, customs etc
Ensure local compliance to local, Group & BA authority to commit
Responsible for agreed internal controls
Support the local management-team and central functions by delivering financial insight with regular reports and ad-hoc-analysis on request
Adjust the operating-system to current reporting-needs
Participate in local and global projects
Cooperation with the following internal and external stakeholders: Global Business Services (GBS) as well as Corporate Functions such as tax, treasury, legal, Local management team and all local functions, Corporate Functions such as tax, treasury, Service Centre Controlling team, Internal and external auditors, Other external contacts as tax-office, statistical office, National Bank, Intrastat
