Obowiązki:
Develop and implement a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the company's business goals and growth plans and recommend innovative solutions to enhance overall infrastructure performance
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, data centers, storage systems, and cloud services
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff
Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the company's data and infrastructure against cyber threats and unauthorized access
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions
Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to anticipate and address capacity needs proactively
Plan and execute scalable solutions to accommodate the company's growth
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, operations, and support, to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives
Developing and implementing compensation strategy and policies for European entities aligned with company’s business objectives
Conducting regular salary, benefits and incentive systems review and aligning compensation policies and practices with market trends and local legal regulations
Coordinating job structure and recommending pay ranges
Supporting and guiding HRBPs and managers in their decisions about compensation packages and ways to motivate employees
Managing yearly compensation cycles
Managing relations with all relevant stakeholder including Management Board and US GATX Compensation Team
Supervising regular reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs and providing insights for improvement of HR processes
Acting as the owner of HR policies including car policy, travel and expense policy and others
Running regular and ad-hoc analyses, supporting audits

Leading the international IT application team (10-12 employees + external service providers), incl. resource planning, people management and development etc
Ensuring secure, compliant and stable operations as well as further development of the ERP systems
Developing strategies regarding the future IT application landscape and ensure their implementation (e.g. transition of a legacy ERP system)
Supporting the qualification and selection of software/service suppliers, as well as the evaluation and selection of software technologies
Managing the whole application landscape (incl. new developments) regarding timelines, quality, budget and risks/risk mitigation
Contributing to the definition of the solution architecture for new solutions
Preparation and submission of the VAT & Intrastat reporting in Poland (including JPK, EC Sales List)
Performing checks in the VAT compliance process e.g. completeness and accuracy check on invoices, tax point rules, freight documents to support the VAT exemptions on Intra-community supply of goods
Preparation of monthly CIT calculations, reconciliations and annual income tax returns (CIT-8, CT-ST)
Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual closing and tax reporting including current and deferred tax positions
Monitoring of WHT liabilities, application of due diligence procedure (collection of certificates of residency, BO statements), preparation of WHT returns and reporting (CIT-10Z, IFT-2R, WHT-OSC)
Support the tax manager in Transfer Pricing compliance (preparation of Local Files, Country by Country notifications and TPR-C)
Monitoring of DAC6 obligations and reporting if necessary
Support in automation and improvements of accounting / booking processes from the perspective of tax requirements
Participation at tax audits
Support the tax manager in the process of optimization & digitization of the tax reporting in the group (development of IT based tools for taxes, new legal requirements e.g. KSeF)
Take part in tax related projects resulting from tax regulation changes or internal processes
Focus on Polish tax environment (research local country regulations and follow Polish tax law changes)
