- Customer Quality
- • Support implementation and maintenance Nissan Sales & Service Way (NSSW) processes, attitudes, tools at dealers in line with Pan-European CQ strategy
- • Manage with dealers QVOC surveys implementation in particular focusing on sample size, process, customer data handling, reporting and communication
- • Maximize dealer CQ performance through monitoring and analyzing monthly dealer CQ performance i.e. QVOC, Mystery Shopping and any other relevant Quality indicator
- • Develop, implement and maintain reporting, monitoring and action planning tools
- • Ensure dealer motivation by implementing CQ reward program (bonus scheme, incentives) and relevant regular CQ communication to dealers
- • Maintain appropriate tools allowing accurate forecasting on QVOC results and dealer margin pay out
- • Support other departments in interdepartmental projects involving CQ
- • Presentation to the Dealers results, new projects, areas for improvement and any other important information during regular meetings
- Customer Service
- • Support implementation of European customer service center strategy to support Nissan brand positioning & customer relationship management
- • Support the team in efficiency Back & Front office activities (external supplier) to reach customer service KPI’s & SLA’s
- • Support the implement customer service center back-office processes & management rules according to Nissan Europe standards
- • Control compliance with standard processes & management rules
- • Monitor both front & back-office performance through standard KPI’s & SLA’s
