  • Understand requirements and design specifications

Obowiązki:
  • To EQ Administrator customers or prospective customers:
  • · Specify and write non-core code (PL/SQL) in order to support business requirements around, for example, workflows, interfaces, batch processing and customer-specific complex reports
  • · Deliver value to customers by advising on high quality software-based solutions. These may include designing and producing non-core script-based solutions, directing workflow design and build, screen tailoring and UI configuration
  • · Analyse and understand customer problems and opportunities, with reference to the life and pensions industry, and recommend how EQ Administrator can be used to meet customer needs
  • · Work collaboratively withcustomers throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from initial feasibility study through to full customer implementation, training and post-implementation support
  • · Provide support to customers in defining additional requirements and optimising requirement implementation. Support includes tracking work through our Agile development and release lifecycle
  • · Fully engage with a remote-working team
  • · Identify training needs and deliver training to customers as part of project delivery
  • · Provide expertise and present demonstrations to prospective customers and colleagues from other parts of the business

  • · Generate revenue through establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
